Meet Araparegangan, The Actress Who Stopped Making Secular Movies Since Becoming A Devoted Muslim
Although, the face and real name of the beautiful actress, Kabirat Kafidipe might have been forgotten the name Araparegangan would forever remain etched in the memory of many Nigerians who watched the fantastic movie 'Saworoide' produced by evergreen producer, Tunde Kelani.
Years ago, Kabirat Kafidipe popularly known as Araparegangan was one of the young, talented and beautiful actresses but the actress stopped making movies entirely and focused on her deen.
According to research, Kabirat Kafidipe was born on 29th July 1980(unconfirmed). She is a Nollywood actress, producer and director. The beautiful actress was able to feature in lots of movies like Saworoide, dazzling mirage, the narrow path, the white handkerchief and many others.
Kabirat Kafidipe talents were unique and one to be watched out for as she was really good in every character she played. During those years, Kabirat Kafidipe opens her hair, show off some flesh sometimes and doesn't practice Islam fully as at then.
However, the beautiful actress stopped making movies that won't be educative or especially talk about Islam since she became a devoted Muslim. Kabirat left the Nollywood industry, followed the path of Allah, read and understand the Qur'an better and decided to start putting on Hijab to cover all her body. According to her, she believes she changed due to the call from God.
However, the 41-years-old actress with her Islamic group returned to the Nollywood industry with her new movie titled 'A date with Asmau' which educate people about polygamy marriage in Muslim homes. The movie featured the likes of Ibrahim Chatta, Saka and some other actors.
