Police arrest suspected drug peddlers in Lagos
The Lagos Police command said it has arrested two suspected drug peddlers and recovered substances suspected to be marijuana and other illicit drugs from them.
The command said the suspects were apprehended by operatives attached to the Area E Command, Festac Town on Saturday morning at Dantata, Mile Two.
A statement by spokesman Olumuyiwa Adejobi said operatives received information about their activities and a team raced to the scene where Mohammed was arrested and he confessed that Audu was a major dealer/supplier.
“The police went after Sanni Audu and arrested him with some qualities of weeds suspected to be Indian hemp and illicit substances.
