According to Dr Patrick Ede, Director of Operations at PPC Limited, the current operating climate, marked by infrastructure instability, rising cyber threats, and economic volatility, demands more than conventional approaches. “Digital transformation in Nigeria must be rooted in realism. It’s not about following global trends.
